FAQs
Does my Spouse have to travel with me?
Yes as stated on the Details of Participation #1 it states:
“A husband and wife or cohabitants must travel together to use this certificate.”
What if I don’t have a Major Credit Card?
You must have a Major Credit Card as stated on your certificate “Details of Participation # 1. “Upon check-in, your hotel will require an imprint of a major credit Card to cover the cost of incidental charges and room tax”. Due to our contractual Agreements, Debit Cards are not acceptable.
What if I am not 21 can I still use this certificate?
No unfortunately, as it states on your Certificate you must be 21 years of age or older. You may however give your certificate to someone who meets this requirement.
Why do I have to send in a “Deposit”?
The deposit is sent to us as a good faith deposit, and it is fully refundable. Because we take thousands of reservations our liability is very high. The deposit is to show that you are serious about traveling.
Do I have to choose either a spa treatment or a round of golf?
Yes, the offer is good for either 1 spa treatment or 1 round of golf.
Terms and Conditions
1. This certificate entitles the recipient and a companion to two nights of hotel, accommodations at one of the locations described (subject to availability) and 1 Round of Golf or Spa Treatment (60 minute massage, facial, manicure or pedicure), certain restrctions apply. To be eligible for this offer, you must be 21 years of age or older. A husband and wife or cohabitants must travel together to use this certificate. Upon check-in, hotels will require two forms of identification: drivers license and a major credit card (No Debit Cards) to cover costs of incidentals. US residents only. Double occupancy required (2 adults).
2. To activate this offer, please complete the attached Registration Form and return to Grand Incentives, Inc. Upon receipt of the registration forj, you will be mailed a vacation planning form. After receiving the Vacation Planning Form, please complete and return to Grand Incentives, Inc. along with the $50 refundable room deposit and any applicable child fees. All reservation requests must be postmarked a minimum of 45 days prior to your desired travel date. Please note that while advance notice is required to process your request, confirmations will not be issued until 30 to 35 days prior to your arrival date.
3. Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not be acknowledged, processed or returned. No replacements will be issued.
4. When you reservations are confirmed, you will be mailed a written confirmation with your check-in instructions and directions to the property. You will also receive a Rebate Registration Form for your Round of Golf or Spa Treatment at time of confirmation. Please refer to the Details of Participation on the Rebate Registration Form for further rebate requirements. It Is Important That You Do Not Leave For Your Vacation Until You Have Received Your Written Confirmation From Grand Incentives, Inc.
5. This vacation offer provides accommodations for two (2) adults. Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parents’ room for $10 per child payable to Grand Incentives, Inc. and submitted with your Vacation Planning Form. Sorry no pets allowed.
6. Travel must be completed by the expiration date.
7. When completing your Vacation Planning Form you will be required to give 3 different location choices, (this is required to process your reservation due to changing availability). Check-in days vary from location to location. Certain peak times and locations may be extremely limited. Myrtle Beach accommodations have limited availability during June, July, and August. All accommodations are in a hotel or motel in the resort area and are subject to Grand Incentives, Inc. availability.
8. This certificate is valid for hotel accommodations and reimbursement for either 1 Round of Golf or Spa Treatment, and does not include transportation, taxes, meals or any other miscellaneous expenses. Your Spa or Golf Rebate will be processed upon completion of travel and upon receipt of required documentation. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing. Grand Incentives, its agents, assignees and designees, act only as agents for hotels and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided.
9. To reschedule or change a confirmed reservation, there is a $50 fee. No changes can be made to a confirmed reservation with less than 72 hour notice. Any changes must be made via Grand Incentives Help Desk at 941-552-5070, Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm est.
10. To cancel a confirmed reservation, you must provide us with a minimum of 14 days notice. Cancellation less than 14 days will result in the loss of your $50 room deposit. All cancellations must be submitted by written notice.
11. Only one vacation certificate can be used per household per year and cannot be combined with any other offer. After completing travel, request a refund of your deposit by mailing copies of your reservation letter and hotel check-out statement to: Grand Incentives, Inc. Attn: GOLF & SPA Dept. 7560 Commerce Ct., Sarasota, FL 34243. Please include with your refund request a self-addressed envelope which will assist us in returning your deposit to the appropriate address.
12. This offer is not valid for group travel or for attending a convention (No Exceptions).
13. You must select a destination in your certificate that is located at least 100 miles away from your residence.
14. This certificate may be transferred to a third party (prior to booking) as a gift offer only, providing the recipient meets the terms and conditions of this certificate.
15. Do not rely on any representations other than those stated within this offer.
Select correspondence will be e-mailed to you by Grand Incentives, Inc. when possible. All other correspondence will be sent via regular mail.

Do I have to book through a specific company or can I book through an airline?
You have to call the 800 # listed on the offer in order to book. You can call Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm (EST).
What information do I need to have when I call to book my airfare?
You will need to have the certificate with you so you can provide the reference code, the serial number and the expiration date.
Can I book additional airfare when I use my discount?
Yes, you can book as many tickets as you would like, however the discount will only apply to one of them.
Do I get $100 off of any ticket, regardless of how much the ticket cost?
The amount of the discount depends on the amount of the ticket. For instance, if the ticket cost between $200 and $299 then the discount will be $25, if the ticket cost between $300 and $399 then the discount is $50, if the ticket cost is between $400 and $499 the discount is $75 and if the ticket is $500 or over the discount is $100.
If I book my ticket and then plans change can I get a refund?
All discounted tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-endorsable and are subject to change fees. Any refund permitted will be for the amount of the ticket, less any applicable fees, penalties or service charges imposed by the airlines.
Terms and Conditions
1. Use of the GrandAir Card(TM) is exclusive to the participants of the individual program and the customer must indicate at the beginning of the call that they intend to utilize the GrandAir Card(TM) and provide the reference code GAC1000306 and your GrandAir Card(TM) ‘s serial number.
2. The person that activates this card must be the traveler. This offer only applies to published and available roundtrip excursion fares in certain classes of service valued at $200 or more booked through Grand Incentives, Inc.
3. GrandAir Card(TM) is valid only on participating airlines for flights originating in the 48 contiguous states to destinations within the Continental United States and Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, and certain available International Destinations.
4. Grand Incentives, Inc. reserves the right to select and book the airline for participation in this program. All reservations require a 21-day advance purchase and Saturday night stay. The amount of the discount provided by each discount GrandAir Card(TM) is for an aggregate of up to $100.00 and varies depending on the amount of the airfare purchased, exclusive of any applicable departure taxes, surcharges, and/or airport facility charges. Discounts may not be available to or from specific airline hub cities.
5. DOMESTIC – For a base fare between $200 and $299, the GrandAir Card(TM) is valid for a discount of $25; for airfare between $300 and $399, the GrandAir Card(TM) is valid for a discount of $50; for airfare of $400 to $499, the GrandAir Card(TM) is valid for a discount of $75; for airfare of $500 or more, the GrandAir Card(TM) is valid for a discount of $100. Total value of this offer is $100.00. OUTSIDE U.S. – For a base fare between $400 and $499, the GrandAir Card(TM) is valid for a discount of $25; for airfare between $500 and $599, the GrandAir Card(TM) is valid for a discount of $50; for airfare of $600 to $699, the GrandAir Card(TM) is valid for a discount of $75; for airfare of $700 to $799, the GrandAir Card(TM) is valid for a discount of $100. Total value of this offer is $100.00.
6. Seating availability under this discount program by participating airlines is limited and may not be available on all flights.
7. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discounts such as government, standby, student, companion, children, seniors, military, etc. All discounted tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-endorsable and are subject to change fees. Any refund permitted will be for the amount of the ticket, less any applicable fees, penalties or service charges imposed by the airlines.
8. All airline tickets are processed electronically. By activating this GrandAir Card(TM), the traveler consents to be bound by all the Details of Participating as stated herein. The recipient signifies further agreement to these Details of Participation by submission of final payment to Grand Incentives, Inc. for any travel arrangements and/or supplier offers.
9. Discounts may not be valid during holidays and seasonal periods and may not be applied to previously purchased tickets.
10. Grand Incentives, Inc., nor any other company or individual participating in the creation or distribution of the discount GrandAir Card(TM) shall be liable for any act, omission or negligence of any airline, travel agent or other party in connection with the travel arranged utilizing such GrandAir Card(TM).
11. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced. This card cannot be used to obtain cash nor can it be redeemed for cash from Grand Incentives, Inc. Grand Incentives, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Offer void where prohibited by law.
12. Payments will be accepted in US dollars only.
